Executive Director
Grant has an extensive history in the mining industry with previous executive level roles in employee relations, change management, organisational development and health, safety & training working for Tier 1 mining companies and contractors in Australia and overseas. He is passionate about the industry and providing realistic options that support permanent employment for our team and practical outcomes that add genuine value for our clients.
Grant will manage the Mining Pro business where our mining support, operational management and contracting services are delivered.
Executive Chairman
Grant has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry globally providing mining services to the world's largest mining companies.
Grant has broader experience across all aspects of mining services, junior mining, exploration, and capital finance markets. He is focused on delivering unique operating solutions for clients or investment partners across various commodities with a strong focus on coal.
Business Director
After retiring from Rugby League in 2011, Darren has spent over 14 years in the mining industry across a range of mining services, mineral exploration, corporate affairs and advocacy roles. He is a shareholder in Mining Pro a specialist mining services firm as well as head of corporate affairs for Mayur Resources.
Darren has been a board member of the ASX listed Brisbane Broncos since 2013 and maintains other private business interests in the property sector. Darren’s experience and leadership at the highest levels of Rugby League are valued by all of our team and client partners in the mining industry as we work together to achieve success.
